Resolved and audited
The usage fee follows interactions that were resolved inside the agreed rules and scored on the tenant's versioned scorecard.
Commercial model
OpenOS charges for interactions that are resolved and audited, plus a fixed implementation retainer for the first 60 days. If we do not beat the client's agreed baseline in those 60 days, the pilot is free.
Telephony, WhatsApp BSP, mailbox, helpdesk, and CRM contracts stay with the client and stay out of the OpenOS fee.
What the fee covers
A resolution counts when the customer confirms it, or does not return on the same intent inside the agreed window. Deflection alone does not count.
The usage fee follows interactions that were resolved inside the agreed rules and scored on the tenant's versioned scorecard.
A fixed implementation retainer covers discovery, connection, workflow configuration, and the first operating window. It is not a seat licence.
The pilot is measured against the client's baseline. If OpenOS does not beat that baseline, the pilot is free.
Channel, BSP, telephony, and mailbox fees remain on the client's contracts.
