The buyer is the head of service and the compliance officer.

Indian banks, insurers, and NBFCs need routine contacts resolved and a record of the complaint that can be inspected. OpenOS runs that operation on the channels the institution already owns.

The loop

L0 Agents resolve approved intents on WhatsApp and email, and on voice where that path is activated. Workspace takes the exceptions. Quality audits the configured eligible closes. Trinetra turns repeated drift into a Decision Card.

  • RBI's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme has been in effect since 1 July 2026. IRDAI grievance timelines are measured in weeks, not in a quarterly sample.
  • Industry quality programmes typically review 2–5% of interactions. That figure is industry research, not an OpenOS result.
  • OpenOS does not publish its own resolution rate or audit score. Those are measured against a client's baseline.

What this is not

A walkthrough uses labelled demonstration data. This page does not name a bank, insurer, or NBFC as a live customer. Connectors are scoped per institution.

Questions

Direct answers

Will you name our core-banking or policy system as integrated?

Only after that connection is in the scoped deployment. A capability in the product is not a production integration.

How is the pilot judged?

Against the client's baseline, over 60 days. If OpenOS does not beat that baseline, the pilot is free. The fee is per resolved-and-audited interaction, plus the implementation retainer.
